Shipping & Returns

Countries we ship to & delivery cost

We are currently shipping to most countries within Europe (excluding Russia). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and different rates may apply depending on your location. 

Currently we offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders above €20.

Delivery time

For shipments within the Netherlands expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.

For orders from other countries expect a delivery time of 4-8 business days.

 

Returns and refund policy

You are eligible for a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the item. The following criteria have to be met:

• The indoor garden and/or plants cups are unused and in the same condition 
• Proof of purchase (confirmation e-mail or order number)
• You received your package within the last 30 days
• You will cover teh shipping costs of the return 

To return your item, please contact support@owngreens.com

In case of missing items or a lost package, also contact this e-mail address. We will replace missing items and cover the shipping fees. 

Warranty

Indoor gardens

All indoor gardens come with a 2 year warranty. We can only provide warranty if the damage or defects are not caused by the user. If the device was used incorrectly, we also can not provide a warranty replacement. 

Plant cups

You are eligible for new plant cups when the following criteria are met:

• 2 or more plant cups from the package (8-pack) didn't sprout within 2 weeks time
• 2 or more plants from the same package caught a disease (algae not incluced as it is not harmful to the plants)

Please contact us at support@owngreens.com and include a photo of the plants in the message. We can only provide a warranty in case the plant cups were used correctly.
